Joan had special investigator There and her intern Dennis and she was horrified by the video of the attack I had the Investigator read my attackers false cross-complaint Joan said it was second-degree assault menacing and a false cross complaint. In a conversation over the phone by another ADA I was told that no NYPD would be involved in the arrest of my attacker if they move forward that they would have a special investigator from the Manhattan DA arrest my attacker. Why do you think that was?
It was made very clear to me by Joan and her supervisor that they were going to protect the NYPD that they were Teflon and untouchable.
ADAs Tiana Walton and Joan Illuzzi made it clear they where going to protect NYPD crimes so no surprise Cy Vance protected the NYPD Lt Sex Crimes - Cy chronically protected crimes along with O’Neill, Bratton, Ray Kelly!
